1. What is the difference between open as "inline tabs" and open as "windows"?
Inline tabs will open the links you have specified of the particular group in one browser window, and it will show each link in a separate tab in this one browser window. Inline tabs are convenient for sites that require low level of interactivity, like news sites for example. Advanced sites that require high level of interactivity with like webmail sites will not work properly inside tabs and will try to "break" outside the tabs, for these sites it is best to use the second option, open as windows.
Open as windows will open each link in the group you have specified in its own browser window.
